The purpose of the International Association of Infant Massage (IAIM) is to promote nurturing touch and communication through training, education, and research so that parents, caregivers, and children are loved, valued, and respected throughout the world community.

What is IAIM?
​
IAIM is The International Association of Infant Massage (IAIM) is a global non-profit organization and the world-class standard for the training and teaching of baby massage.
​
The IAIM curriculum is being taught in more than 74 countries and has been developed and refined for over 30 years through research, reflective practice, and practical experience. This has resulted in a widely endorsed and implemented parenting program.
The IAIM baby massage class draws from both the Indian and Swedish massage traditions, as well as incorporating principles from yoga and reflexology.

Both baby and parent benefit from the natural process of touch. Infant Massage offers an opportunity to parents to increase the bond between themselves and their baby.
Certified Instructors
Our Certified Instructors have completed an intensive instructor training course, practicum module and examination specifically designed by the Association. We teach parents to massage their baby in a relaxing and fun enviroment. This course has been taught in over 74 countries since its inception in 1982.
